1-Year Limited Warranty
Every ZKSCool product is backed by a 1-year (12-month) limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to all ZKSCool products, except batteries, which are excluded from warranty coverage.
Extended Warranty
You have the option to extend your warranty for an additional year, giving you a total of 2 years of coverage from the date of purchase. To add an extended warranty, please contact us at support@zkscool.com at the time of purchase or within your original 1-year warranty period.
What Is Covered
Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of your warranty period.
What Is Not Covered
- Batteries (excluded from all warranty coverage)
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Unauthorised modification or repair
- Normal wear and tear, including gradual capacity loss over time
How to Make a Claim
Email support@zkscool.com with:
- Your order number
- The product model (for example CB02, CB04, CF20, CF35)
- A description of the problem
- Photos or a short video where possible
