Wholesale & OEM
You are talking to the people who build it.
ZKSCool designs and manufactures portable, temperature-controlled coolers for refrigerated medication. We sell finished product under our own name, and we build the same platform under yours.
Why partners work with us
Three reasons come up in almost every conversation.
You buy from the source
We own the tooling and the line. That means real unit economics, engineering answers in days rather than weeks, and the ability to change the product — not just the label on it.
A range, not a setting
Nearly every cooler in this category is built for one job: hold the fridge range. Ours holds it, and it also holds the warm end — which opens a shelf your competitors cannot stock.
It survives real trips
Two months across three countries, a two-month work posting in Asia, a fire and rescue fleet. The product is proven where cool packs and passive cases stop working.
The half of the market nobody stocks
A large share of temperature-sensitive medication is labelled do not refrigerate. A fixed 2–8 °C unit physically cannot serve it, so that half of the shelf has no incumbent product on it.
Fridge cold 2–8 °C
Unopened insulin, GLP-1 pens before the first dose, biologic auto-injectors. This is the range every competitor is built for.
Warmer than a fridge 8–20 °C
The insulin pen already in use, epinephrine auto-injectors, rescue glucagon, nitroglycerin patches and diagnostic eye drops are all labelled do not refrigerate — they need cool, not cold. One adjustable SKU sits in both aisles, and only one of those aisles has competition in it.
Three sizes, one product
The models differ in capacity and power options, not in what they do. Customers choose on how much they carry and how long they are away from a wall socket.

- 15 flightsDonna carried insulin and Repatha across Australia, Fiji and New Zealand over two months — humid tropics to southern-hemisphere winter, and not one out-of-range reading. Her previous cool packs lasted about four hours.
- 7 pensKevin travels to Asia for two months with Cosentyx auto-injectors and needs access roughly every four days. The CB04 holds seven; the largest unit he could find elsewhere held three or four.
- 40 unitsIn service with a US fire and rescue department, where drug boxes routinely sit outside the temperature range their contents are labelled for.

OEM & private label
You bring the market and the label. We bring the cooling platform and the factory.
- Minimum order1,000 units
- Lead timeApproximately 2 months, FOB
- Included in scopeYour logo and packaging, colourway, printed inserts and manuals, and product configuration within the existing platform
- PricingWholesale and OEM pricing on request, with volume tiers
- SamplesWorking units before you commit, then a pre-production sample built to your specification for approval
One detail partners raise more than any other: the depth of the chamber. Larger auto-injectors stand upright rather than lying flat — which is what lets a private-label product hold pens that competing units simply cannot fit.
