Active 12 V semiconductor cooling — pulls down 45 % faster than 5 V chips and holds spec when the cabin gets hot.

Won't freeze your insulin

Low-temperature alarms, not just high. Set your floor at 2 °C and you'll know before damage happens.

Won't wake you up

About 30db. Quieter than a hotel mini-fridge. Bedside-friendly.

*This product is designed to provide portable temperature-controlled storage under the test conditions stated on this page. Actual performance may vary with ambient temperature, load, use and power conditions. Always follow your medication label, manufacturer instructions and advice from a healthcare professional.

Three steps. Then forget about it.

1

Plug in.

Wall adapter, car USB, or run on the included swappable battery. The cooler reaches its setpoint in 14 minutes.

2

Set 5 °C.

One touch of the auto button. Lock the controls with a 3-second long-press so a bag jostle doesn't change your setting.

3

Take it, or leave it!

A secure and reliable cooler anywhere you are. Make sure there is enough room for ventilation to ensure proper cooling.

*Performance varies with ambient temperature, load and power conditions. Always follow your medication label and the advice of a healthcare professional.

What you'll unbox.

Everything you need to start cooling on day one.

  • The cooler unit
  • One rechargeable lithium battery (within IATA carry-on limits)
  • AC wall adapter (US / CA plug — switches automatically by region)
  • 12 V car cable
  • Branded carry sling bag, sized for a personal-item allowance
  • Quick-start guide and full user manual

What it's built to hold.

Internal usable space accommodates standard injectors. Confirm fit against your specific medication on the full compatibility list.

Blue and orange insulin pens labeled 100 units/mL, ideal for GLP-1 injectors and biologics storage

Approximate count:7 injection pens.

GLP-1 injectors

Ozempic · Zepbound · Trulicity · Saxenda · Victoza.
Most weekly injector pens fit upright; some users carry one or two at a time.

BOTOX 100 units vials with syringe, medical injectables for cosmetic or therapeutic use

Other temperature-sensitive meds

Humira · Enbrel · Stelara · growth hormone · fertility medications .

Pen and injector dimensions vary by manufacturer and lot. Drug brand names are listed for compatibility reference only and do not imply endorsement. Always follow your prescribing information and consult your pharmacist.

Why not just an ice pack?

1

Ice packs / gel coolers

Cool fast, then drift. No way to know when they crossed 8 °C. Re-freeze required.
2

Frio evaporative pouches

Need water. Don't reliably reach 2–8 °C in hot, humid climates. No alarm if they fail.
3

Yeti / hard coolers

Built for beer, not biologics. No temperature read. Too big for a personal bag.
4

ZKSCool

Active 12 V cooling. Held in 2 °C – 20 °C range. Sized for one person.

Questions worth answering.

If we missed yours, send us a note.

  • No, Mounjaro and Zepbound pens do not fit this cooler. It supports standard insulin pens and regular GLP‑1 pens only.

  • 5 - 8 hours on a full charge at typical room temperature. Extreme heat or cold will reduce runtime.

  • Yes — TSA and most international authorities allow medical cooling devices in carry-on. The lithium battery is under the 100 Wh limit. Bring your prescription or doctor's note to be safe.

  • No — the thermostat holds 2–8 °C and will not drop below freezing. The app lets you set custom thresholds and will alert you if temperature drifts.

  • No — it works for any temperature-sensitive medication: GLP-1s, biologics, growth hormone, fertility meds, etc. Check your drug's storage range and set the app accordingly.

  • 1 year from purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Accidental damage and normal wear are not covered. Extended plans available at checkout.

  • The unit has a built-in sensor and an LCD on the front.

  • No it does not. USB charging is not strong enough to power cooling effectively. We recommend to bring multiple packs of batteries if needed.

  • Yes — the lid and the fan cover are both detachable and washable. No biofilm traps, no condensation pooling.

  • 15–20 minutes from room temperature to 5 °C, depending on how full it is. Plug it in 15 minutes before you load your medication.

  • The aviation-aluminum and polyurethane insulation hold residual cold for 2–4 hours. The app and the device alarm before that point so you have time to plug in or swap to a backup battery.

  • No — it's a precision instrument with a fan and electronics. Don't submerge it. The detachable lid is washable separately.

  • Yes. Many customers leave it on the bedside or kitchen counter for daily insulin storage and only run on battery when they travel.
