No — the thermostat holds 2–8 °C and will not drop below freezing. The app lets you set custom thresholds and will alert you if temperature drifts.
No — it works for any temperature-sensitive medication: GLP-1s, biologics, growth hormone, fertility meds, etc. Check your drug's storage range and set the app accordingly.
1 year from purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Accidental damage and normal wear are not covered. Extended plans available at checkout.

No it does not. USB is not strong enough to power cooling effectively. We recommend to bring multiple packs of batteries if needed.
Yes — the lid and the fan cover are both detachable and washable. No biofilm traps, no condensation pooling.

The aviation-aluminum and polyurethane insulation hold residual cold for 2–4 hours. The app and the device alarm before that point so you have time to plug in or swap to a backup battery.
