Built around four anxieties.

Won't run warm in your car

Active 12 V semiconductor cooling — pulls down 45 % faster than 5 V chips and holds spec when the cabin gets hot.

Won't freeze your insulin

Low-temperature alarms, not just high. Set your floor at 2 °C and you'll know before damage happens.

Won't wake you up

About 18 dB. Quieter than a hotel mini-fridge. Bedside-friendly.

Won't ghost you mid-trip

Wall, car, swappable lithium battery. Carry a second for long-haul flights.

Three steps. Then forget about it.

1

Plug in.

Wall adapter, car USB, or run on the included swappable battery. The cooler reaches its setpoint in [CONFIRM minutes].

2

Set 5 °C.

One touch of the auto button. Lock the controls with a 3-second long-press so a bag jostle doesn't change your setting.

3

Pair the app.

Scan the QR code, pair over Bluetooth to the ZKSCool app, and set your high/low temperature alerts. Optional — the cooler still works if you skip it.

What you'll unbox.

Everything you need to start cooling on day one.

  • The cooler unit
  • One rechargeable lithium battery (within IATA carry-on limits)
  • AC wall adapter (US / CA plug — switches automatically by region)
  • 12 V car cable
  • Branded carry sling bag, sized for a personal-item allowance
  • Quick-start guide and full user manual

What it's built to hold.

Internal usable space accommodates standard injectors. Confirm fit against your specific medication on the full compatibility list.

Blue and orange insulin pens labeled 100 units/mL, ideal for GLP-1 injectors and biologics storage

Insulin pens

Lantus · Tresiba · Toujeo · Levemir · NovoLog · Humalog · Apidra · Fiasp.
Approximate count: 8 injection pens.

GLP-1 injectors

Ozempic · Wegovy · Mounjaro · Zepbound · Trulicity · Saxenda · Victoza.
Most weekly injector pens fit upright; some users carry one or two at a time.

BOTOX 100 units vials with syringe, medical injectables for cosmetic or therapeutic use

Other temperature-sensitive meds

Humira · Enbrel · Stelara · growth hormone · fertility medications · breast milk on the go.
Anything between 2 °C and 20 °C will work.

Pen and injector dimensions vary by manufacturer and lot. Drug brand names are listed for compatibility reference only and do not imply endorsement. Always follow your prescribing information and consult your pharmacist.

Why not just an ice pack?

1

Ice packs / gel coolers

Cool fast, then drift. No way to know when they crossed 8 °C. Re-freeze required.
2

Frio evaporative pouches

Need water. Don't reliably reach 2–8 °C in hot, humid climates. No alarm if they fail.
3

Yeti / hard coolers

Built for beer, not biologics. No temperature read. Too big for a personal bag.
4

ZKSCool

Active 12 V cooling. Held in 2 °C – 20 °C range. App-monitored. Sized for one person.
